I’m an experienced consultant who sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, with a focus on operations, process improvement, and project management.

My work is rooted in turning complex problems into clear, practical solutions, whether that means redesigning a process, shaping a strategy, or leading a transformation. I’ve worked with executives, frontline teams, and organizations to bring structure to ambiguity, connect the dots, and turn big ideas into meaningful outcomes.

01 Healthcare System Optimization

Reducing patient leakage by 20% through data-driven process improvement

Turned an ambiguous patient leakage and volume challenge into a structured, data-driven approach. Working alongside clinical teams, I identified bottlenecks across the neurosurgery patient pathway and developed solutions to remove barriers and increase volume. The approach became a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) now used across 7 hospitals.

02 Governance & Integration

Building the governance structure that brought two organizations together

Built a shared governance approach for two organizations that had never operated under a common model, identifying decision bottlenecks, clarifying ownership, and aligning 80+ leaders around a unified operating model. The governance structure moved from concept to execution within one month.

03 Portfolio & Program Management

Defining the future state for enterprise-wide transformation

Working across 9+ workstreams, I assessed 36 business functions across the organization to identify performance gaps, benchmark current practices against industry standards, and determine what was feasible within existing constraints. I translated those findings into a prioritized roadmap with clear ownership, sequencing, and actions for execution.

05Behind the work

Off the clock.

Outside of work, I’m always creating, exploring, and learning. I enjoy drawing and painting, caring for plants, traveling, and getting lost in a good movie or book. Currently learning how to sew, and my newest obsession is exploring new cafes and bakeries.
